What is Melissa?
Balm grass, also known as lemon balm, lemon mint, thyme grass and beehive grass, is a plant with a light lemon scent from the mint family. Its leaves are collected before flowering because after flowering it loses its distinctive lemon scent and can no longer be used for medicinal purposes.

How to use?
Boil 1 and a half cups of water. When the water boils, put 1 teaspoon of dried lemon balm in it and wait 5-6 minutes for it to brew. When the tea is brewed, strain it into the cup. You can sweeten it by adding 1 teaspoon of honey if desired.
