What is Hibiscus?
Hibiscus flower is the main component of tea, which has many refreshing effects all over the world, especially in North America, Latin America and Mexico. There are over 220 different types. The hibiscus plant grows in the tropics of the world. Few species can survive in freezing environments. Known by various names in our country, hibiscus was also named as Pomegranate Flower, Mecca and Medina Rose, since it was brought to our country by those who went to Arabia only for pilgrimage, and was not imported and resembled a rose in appearance. Many mixtures are used in tea due to its sour taste and coloration of water immediately.
It has appetite-reducing properties, accelerates metabolism and facilitates fat burning.

How to use?
Add 1 teaspoon of hibiscus to 1 cup of hot water and wait 10 minutes for it to brew. The tea is then filtered and drunk. Hibiscus tea has a sour taste. Therefore, it can be drunk with the addition of honey, cinnamon or brown sugar.
