What is Echinacea?

Thanks to the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants it contains, it prevents the development of many diseases such as upper respiratory tract, vaginal infections, migraine and anxiety.
How to use?
Boil a glass of water. Add one or two teaspoons of dried echinacea to the boiling water and boil for another 5 minutes. Then remove from the stove and brew for 5 minutes. You can also consume it optionally by mixing honey into it.
