What is Cherry Stalk?
Dried cherry stalk is a medicinal plant frequently used in traditional medicine.
There are plenty of vitamins A, E, C and K in the stem of the cherry.
Cherry stalk, which is an extremely strong diuretic when consumed as tea, prevents kidney stones and urinary tract infections. It also helps to remove toxins from the body with urine, because of the potassium salts it contains. It is also used in the treatment of constipation and obesity due to its laxative effect. With its essential oils and anti-inflammatory properties, it can be used as a supportive treatment in diseases such as gout and rheumatism.
How to use?
Throw 20-25 dried cherry stems into a glass of boiled water and boil it for 3-4 minutes on low heat and strain.
