What Is Mandy Spice?
Mendi is actually a type of dish with basmati rice and chicken, it got this name because it was prepared using Mandi Spices in Yemen. You can use Tufan Mandi Spice Mixture to get a nice taste in your rice pilaf.
It is a traditional Mandi dish consisting of meat and rice originating from Yemen and the Middle East. It is eaten all over Asia, including Pakistan and India. The traditional recipe is prepared from lamb and it is preferable to use Mandi spices to enhance its flavor. Sometimes Mandi is also prepared using chicken, but the traditional Mandi dish consists of lamb or lamb prepared in a very special underground tandoor called tabun.
