Usage: Approximately 12 gr. in Chinese medicine. Sesame (raw) is boiled in 2 glasses of water, and when the liquid is reduced to half, it is removed from the fire. This tea is drunk warm in the morning after waking up and before going to bed in the evening. Tonic used by some yogis in India 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger,
2 cups of fresh milk and 2 teaspoons of good quality honey are mixed in a mixer and drunk. This drink stimulates the nervous system and sexual glands. For diabetes: Drink 1 coffee spoon of sesame oil (not tahini) on an empty stomach.

Usage in Kitchen: It is used by placing on all kinds of bread, pita, sandwich, cake, dry cake, cookies. It is also used in the preparation of tahini halva. Lightly roasted can be sprinkled on all kinds of salty foods; It gives flavor and taste. Sesame salt: 10 tablespoons of sesame seeds are lightly roasted in a dry pan,

Additional Information: It has been proven that sesame oil was extracted and used during the Urartian empire 900-700 years before Jesus, with archaeological research in Turkey. Good grade sesame and the most useful is the one without the skin.
